About Concord

Concord Elementary School is one of six elementary schools within the nationally recognized Edina Public Schools district.

Concord provides a personalized learning experience for students K-5 and has strong interventions and extensions to meet individual needs. Recent building enhancements have created flexible learning spaces where we offer students creative and innovative opportunities to learn core standards, as well as to grow personally in understanding themselves and how they learn best. We work to engage all students in the process of learning by having high expectations for all and providing support that helps students achieve at their highest potential.

Values and Leadership

Concord’s goal is for all students and staff to live the ICCCAR values, which are: Integrity, Courage, Commitment, Compassion, Appreciation of Diversity, and Responsibility. Leadership opportunities include safety patrol, news show producers, garden club, sharing daily announcements, and being school tour guides. Concord has a school garden, a running program, and a maker space lab. We are proud of our strong partnerships with families and a supportive PTO.
